I know today is the National Spareribs Day.  And it’s also 4thof July and time to celebrate.
So I choose these wonderful grilled lobster tails with melted butter. Trust me, there is no rocket science in this recipe.
Just put some fresh lime juice and melted butter in the lobsters et voilà : let’s the grill do the magic.
Grilled lobster tails are perfect for any occasion and are so easy to make even for those with no experience grilling shellfish!
They can be served with other grilled goodies such as grilled asparagus, corn on the and a green salad…
… and the best part is that you’ll have a feast in your deck with no mess in the kitchen!
Happy birthday America, a country where we celebrate independence with family picnics and BBQ instead of military parades! Have a wonderful summer!
