Enri is a food writer, a recipe developer, and a food photographer. Since 2010, she has been the author of enrilemoine.com, a well-known cooking and cocktail blog. There her two passions for cooking and writing converge.
She earned a Master’s Degree from Columbia University and has vast experience as a journalist and in the Public Relations field. After creating content for different media outlets in the U.S. Hispanic market, she’s proud to be a full-time food blogger.
Enri and her recipes have been featured in BBC Mundo, El Nuevo Herald, Latina Parents, NBC, Telemundo, Ser Padres, Siempre Mujer, El Nuevo Herald, and in magazines and newspapers in Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Caracas, México City, Lima, and London.
When she’s not cooking or writing, you can find Enri doing gastronomic tours and restaurant reviews, exploring farmer markets, searching for new ingredients, or planning her next gastronomic adventure.
