Raw Tomato Sauce.
This recipe is not mine. This recipe’s author is the one and only one chef Lorena García and I found it in her book New Classic Tacos. It’s a raw tomato sauce perfect to have with corn tortillas (or black bean tortillas, like the ones in the photo) and to garnish tacos too.
This raw tomato sauce is super versatile. I love it especially during the grilling season. It’s fresh, easy to make and so flavorful and you can munch it with some tortillas while grilling. Trust me: you’ll love as much as I do.
I hope you like this super fresh and easy-to-make recipe.
