Raw Tomato Salsa

- 2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
- ¼ jalapeño
- 1 small onion
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-4 leaves fresh oregano
Put all the ingredients, except oil and oregano, into the blender jar and blend until a smooth sauce is formed.
Add the olive oil and blend for 10 seconds more.
