Witchy Woman, a rum cocktail.
After the Christmas food’s bacchanal, honestly, all I wanted was this Witchy Woman.
The perfect aperitif, this cocktail reminds me of the Garibaldi (Campari and orange juice).
It has bitters liquor (hence the bright red color), white Ron de Venezuela, orange and lemon juice, bitters and orgeat.
I found it in the cocktail menu of Anvil Bar & Refuge, in Houston, Texas.
This is a drink for bitter lovers.
It’s refreshing, complex and makes your tummy ready to ejoy all the Holiday’s goodies!
Salud!
