Because it’s almost Christmas and my family from Venezuela is here for the Holidays.
Because it’s a party having a full house with my brother Ernesto and my sister in law Marian and my niece Valeria and my nephew Daniel.
I wanted to surprise them at breakfast time.
I made this yummy butter, just for the fun of seeing their faces when they tasted a “Christmas butter” with red little chunks of dried cranberries. Merry Christmas!
Dried Cranberry Butter | Ingredients for 1 cup
½ cup (1 stick) of butter
½ cup of dried cranberries, grossly chopped
Place the butter with the cranberries in a food processor bowl. Process until well-combined. To refrigerate or freeze, place the butter on parchment paper or plastic wrap, wrap it and shape it into a log.
