I decided to name this seven-flavor salad for what it’s obvious: it has seven flavors!
Lettuce, tomatoes, onion, broccoli, carrot, green bell pepper and homemade vinaigrette are combined in a dish as colorful as delicious, and nutritious as well!
I love it not only because I love salads. I also love this salad because it is full of crispy and crunchy textures! Crispy is the super fresh Romaine lettuce leaves …
I like it because in a single dish I can have six raw veggies and what can be better than that? Benefits of eating raw veggies and fruits include getting more vitamins, antioxidants, and obviously: super crispy and crunchy textures! Now, without further ado, here is my recipe.
