El Negroni de la Hacienda

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bitter Liqueur Campari or Luxardo
  • 1  ½   oz  Ron de Venezuela Santa Teresa 1796
  • ¾   oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
  • Add large ice cubes and stir for 40 revolutions.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
  • Another option is to strain into an ice-filled rock glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
