Guacamole

- 5 medium ripe hass avocados
- 8 green onions finely chopped the white part plus some of the tender green part
- ½ green jalapeño pepper with no veins seeded and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/3 cup of mild to medium hot salsa
- ¼ cup of light sour cream
- 1 ½ Tbs. of fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice
- Coarse sea salt
Halve the avocados, remove the seeds and scoop the flesh with a spoon.
In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
Add the onions, jalapeño and garlic and combine.
Add the salsa, sour cream and lime juice and combine.
Salt to taste and enjoy it!
