½ozvanilla infusion made with St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram*
½ozRhum Orange Liqueur
½ozfresh lemon juice
Instructions
In a shaker with ice vigorously shake all the ingredients.
Strain into a short glass with ice cubes.
Decorate with a slice of orange or lemon and a sprig of mint.
Notes
(*) To make the vanilla infusion with St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, place ¼ of vanilla bean in a 6 ounce jar with lid. Add 5 ounces of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram and let stand for 24 hours. Before using, remove and discard the vanilla.
