Sparkling Rosé Sangria
This sangria is made with Prosecco Rosé, strawberries, Triple Sec, and lemon syrup. Serve it over fresh ice cubes and and sparkling water for an extra dose of bubbles. This is a refreshing drink that will be a real party for your taste buds.

- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries sliced and measured once the fruit is cut
- 1/2 cup pink strawberries sliced and measured once the fruit is cut
- 4 ounces Triple Sec
- Prosecco Rosé
- Sparking water or club soda
- 8 sprigs of mint or spearmint to decorate
Add the sugar and lemon juice in a small pot and cook over low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let it cool completely; even refrigerate this syrup.
Put the strawberries in a large pitcher, add the lemon syrup and Triple Sec, and stir.
Add plenty of cubes and ice to the pitcher.
Add the Prosecco and stir.
Serve in stemless wine glasses over fresh ice, ensuring each glass has enough strawberries.
Complete with carbonated water and decorate with a sprig of mint.
