Blueberry and Lavender Mojito
This blueberry and lavender mojito is a refreshing summer drink, made with muddled fresh blueberries, spearmint, lime juice, homemade lavender syrup, and Ron de Venezuela. Cheers!
- 15 spearmint leaves
- 1½ oz. lavender syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice, fresh
- 20 fresh blueberries
- 1½ oz. Ron de Venezuela Santa Teresa Claro
- Club soda or sparkling water
- 1 sprig of mint to garnish
- 1 blueberry skewer to garnish
In a Boston cocktail shaker, with a mojito pestle, muddle the blueberries, mint lavender syrup, and lemon juice.
Add the rum and plenty of ice.
Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
Strain with a fine sieve and pour over the glass with ice.
Complete with soda or sparklin water.
Decorate with a spearmint sprig and a blueberry skewer.
Serve with a straw.
