Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3 oz fresh raspberries
  • 6 spearmint leaves
  • 2 barspoons Monk fruit (in you prefer, you can use sugar)
  • Crushed ice
  • Carbonated water or Club soda
  • 1 sprig spearmint

Instructions

  • Add raspberries, spearmint leaves, sugar, and muddle on a Boston shaker.
  • Add rum and abundant crushed ice.
  • Shake for 20 seconds until the shaker is condensed outside.
  • Fill a glass with fresh crushed ice and strain the mojito over.
  • Complete with carbonated water and stir.
  • Garnish with a raspberry skewer and spearmint sprig.

Notes

Mojitos are traditionally made with sugar. For a less caloric cocktail, I use monk fruit instead of sugar.
