I first had a Caf\u00e9 Bomb\u00f3n at Havanna <\/em>in Caracas, my hometown. That Havanna<\/em> is a replica of the Havanna<\/em> coffee shops in Buenos Aires, Argentina. These coffee shops are now franchises in Latin America, Spain, and Florida. Since I didn’t have an espresso machine, I prepared my Caf\u00e9 Bomb\u00f3n with two parts of condensed milk and one of a very strong black coffee. I served them in cordial glasses just because they looked adorable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The secret to creating the perfect layers is first to pour the sweetened condensed milk, and then with the help of a teaspoon, let the coffee run slowly through the convex side. That’s it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
